Tanya's Movement Journey

 

My journey in movement began at a young age with dance. I gradually came back to movement by trying Pilates Reformer in early 2000 and enjoyed every minute of it!

​

Two years later I tried my first Yoga class and I was captivated. From then onward I was on the mat, exploring my body and learning more about myself; what drives me and what gives me joy.

​

In 2005 I completed my Yoga Training through Yoga Alliance Academy® 250hour Gheranda Samhita Teacher Training.

​

Early 2021 I completed my Training in Cert. IV Pilates Matwork and Reformer through Breathe Australia.

​

Lastly but not least I completed My Barre training through Barre 2.0.

​

It is my endeavour to provide students the opportunity to open their body, mind and heart through movement.

​
